Terms and Conditions

I understand that once a start date is confirmed and accepted and the first month’s fees are paid in advance my place is secure.

The first month’s fees are not refundable if a place has been confirmed, accepted but not commenced. The start date cannot be delayed, or attendance days changed unless agreed with the setting. If changing attendance from full time to part time, it is subject to availability and does not guarantee that preferred days will be available.

The £50.00 registration fee is non-refundable in any circumstances

I understand that at least 6 weeks’ notice (to expire at the end of a calendar month) must be given in writing if the number of sessions is to be reduced, changed or if you wish to terminate your contract and leave the setting

I agree to pay my child/ren’s fees in full, one month in advance, on or before the 1st of each month by Standing Order. Fees paid after this date will incur a £25 per week charge.

I understand that persistent late or non-payment of fees will jeopardize my child’s continued attendance at the Setting.

I understand that collection of my child after 6.00pm will incur a late fine of £5.00 for the first 10 minutes and £5.00 for each 5 minutes thereafter.

I confirm that the information given is correct and I will contact the Manager as soon as any of the details change.

I understand that once my child turns three, Poppetts will discuss with me my needs for either a fully funded FEEE place for 38 weeks of the year or whether I would like to continue to attend the setting all year round. (Nursery Only)

I agree to abide by the policies and procedures of Poppetts which I have seen in brief in the ‘Prospectus’ & the ‘Parent/Nursery Information’. A full set of Policies and Procedures is available upon request via email or in the foyer to refer to.
